Corpse Bride is a 2005 film by renowned Director Tim Burton. It is a stop-motion animated film set in a Victorian era. Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter voice the lead charters Victor and Emily, the corpse bride.
The movie follows the story of Victor and his upcoming arranged marriage to Victoria and the twists that occur after he comes across Emily, a woman murdered before her own marriage. Victor ends up married to Emily and in the Land of the Dead and needs to try to get back to Victoria and get married to his real life bride.
The film is rated PG as it may be slightly scary in parts for some younger kids but it is animated and so there is no actual blood! It is a good choice for the slightly older kids and parents too.
