Susan Sarandon the famous film actress first gave birth to a little girl, Eva, while in a relationship with Italian film maker Franco Amuri back in 1985.  Probably her most famous relationship was with fellow actor Tim Robbins with whom she was with for over 20 years before splitting in 2009.  They had two sons together the first in 1989 and the second in 1992 while Sarandon was aged 42 and 45 respectively.
