Heavily pregnant women have bumps, some larger than others. It may look like someone is literally due in the coming days but maybe they are not. You do not need to tell them they look like they are going to give birth any minute because chances are they know how big they look and chances are they really would like to give birth any minute but have probably got weeks ahead of them only getting even bigger. Keep your opinion to yourself. This is definitely one of the things not to say to a pregnant woman. If you need to say anything ask them how they are feeling or offer to help them with something.
