Right up there in the same category as telling someone they look like they are about to pop is asking someone if they are having twins. Basically what you are saying is you look huge! Most women these days have ultrasound scans so chances are they do actually know if they are having twins and what if they were having twins and one was miscarried? Keep your mouth shut and say something nice.
