First off this is not any of your God damn business. Why would you even ask someone this question? Basically you are asking them about their sex life. If they did have fertility treatment they are probably very emotional and sensitive about it and certainly won’t want to discuss it with you and if they do want to discuss it then wait for them to make the first move in the conversation.
